Janazah Arrangements

All indicators suggest that Bradford is still in the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic. We are not out of the danger zone, therefore, we must continue to apply caution. The risk to human life is clear and present. We all have a duty to protect each other. Although some Masajid have opened for congregational prayers there remain a number of limitations.

With this in mind, and following advice from Public Health England, Council for Mosques strongly advises that the Janazah prayer should continue to take place at the Cemetery with a maximum of 30 attendees.

This decision has not been made lightly and is guided by the need to keep our community safe.
